A (Late) Cram-a-thon TBR
July 10, 2015So a few days ago I decided to participate in Cram-a-thon, a read-a-thon being hosted by WhittyNovels on Youtube. I have already starred my first book for the read-a-thon because it started at midnight last night. But I still thought I should post what I'll be reading. So without further ado...
There are seven challenges that you can choose to complete during the read-a-thon:
1. Read a children's book
2. Read a hardback
3. Read 2 books in 24 hours
4. Read a graphic novel
5. Read a book written in verse
6. Read a novella
7. Read 5 books total
I have chosen books based off of these challenges.
For read a children's book I chose:
For read a Hardback I chose:
I got two books written in verse so I just chose this one because I needed to use a hardback. I chose this book out of Lisa Schroueder's other books because it appealed to me the most. I don' t really like to read about harder topics because they can bum me out but I think that either way this book will be good.
Graphic novel:
I was originally going to choose LumberJanes (because Jesse was also going to read it) but I was unable to acquire it before the read-a-thon so as I was browsing my local library I came across Coraline. I thought to myself "why not?" and here we are right now...
Book Written in verse:
As I said before, I got two books written in verse. Burned is the other one. It's also my current read. {I'm enjoying it so far and I'm really hoping that everything works out for the main character.} I picked Burned over Ellen Hopkins' other books because Raeleen rated it 5 stars on Goodreads... I think, maybe...
I don't want to make myself read books I don't want to read so I may not complete all the challenges. However, I do have "back-up books" that I would like to try and get through.
Including:
In conclusion:
Ok. Maybe My tbr is too large for a three day read-a-thon. But you know what!
.......Oh Scooby Doo.....
Thanks a million times for reading!
{I'll stop procrastinating now}
If your participating Good luck!
Have a wonderful day!
:)
